Mars Hill operates
under a council-mayor form of government. The
council, which consists of the Mayor and three Aldermen,
is the policy making body and appoints a manager.
The manager is the chief administrator and handles the
day to day operations of the Town.

of each month at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are at the
Mars Hill Town Hall located at 28 North Main
Street.
